Learning at DIMTECH is comprehensive, with the classroom being a key, but not the sole, space for student development. Experiential learning within the classroom is complemented by structured co-curricular and extracurricular activities that foster intense engagement through student clubs. Students conceive, lead, and execute these activities, allowing them to apply key concepts learned both inside and outside the classroom while also developing essential leadership skills. Student clubs frequently organize campus events that address various aspects of professional and personal life, providing a wide spectrum of learning opportunities.
The PGDM curriculum at the Divine Institute of Management & Technology is the result of continuous innovation and regular reviews conducted by faculty in collaboration with industry practitioners, academic experts, alumni, and students. The curriculum planning involves active participation from academics, industry professionals, area conveners, program coordinators, alumni, and faculty members. The overall development of the curriculum aligns with industry requirements and expectations.
The program’s curriculum design employs a multi-faceted strategy to ensure that DIMTECH graduates cultivate a balanced mix of strategic thinking, tactical implementation, specialized knowledge, and general management skills. The program offers a holistic experience that includes innovative teaching methods, experiential learning, social projects, and extracurricular activities aimed at enhancing critical thinking and leadership qualities. They are encouraged to write research papers and articulate their opinions on the subject matter. DIMTECH significantly promotes student research by publishing original works in advance. Case study analyses, supported by PowerPoint presentations, enhance student comprehension and enable more dynamic performances.
